Please read the following information carefully before filling up the form to register.

Youreka International
1. General

  1. Choose the program code from the schedules.
  2. Fill the form completely alongwith the medical form.
  3. Ensure that the Visa documents are in order to avoid rejection.
  4. Last date of registration for UK 3 is August 5th.
  5. You may register a week after the last date only if you have a valid UK Visa.
2. Cancellation
  1. 25 % of the fee will be deducted if cancelled 3 weeks before departure.
  2. 50 % of the fee will be deducted if cancelled 2 weeks before departure.
  3. 100 % deduction within 2 weeks before departure
  4. In the event that the program is called off by Youreka, 100% refund will be provided.
3. Program Fee
  1. Rs 135,000 ex Delhi International Airport. Plus taxes as applicable.
4. Payment Mode
  1. We accept cash/credit cards (VISA/MASTERCARD). Credit Cards are accepted only at our Bangalore and Delhi office.
  2. Cheques or Drafts have to be in the name of Youreka Outbound Services Pvt Ltd.
  3. You can pay online only after receiving a payment Gateway Password from the Youreka Office. This can be obtained by submitting the form online.
  4. An additional fee of Rs 500 is applicable if bookings made by credit card or online payments, are cancelled.
