Youreka Summer Program 

1. General

1. Choose the activity, campus and the program dates from the schedule, as per the relevant age group.
2. Pinewood Cliff , Greenriver Valley & LEX Jalori - Dates mentioned are for EVENING departure and MORNING return arrival.
3. Jungle Outback & Room on the Roof - Dates mentioned are for MORNING departure and EVENING return arrival.
4. LEX Har ki dun & White Water - Dates mentioned are for EVENING departure and EVENING return arrival.

2. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

1. RAFTING: Participants must be over 12 years of age.
2. MOUNTAIN BIKING: All participants must be 5 feet and above and should know how to ride a bicycle.
3. CUT OFF AGE: All participants must be born in the year 1995 or later(less than 17 years)

3. CANCELLATION & SHIFT OF DATES

1. Please choose your program dates carefully because any shift in dates or cancellation attracts a charge.

With more than 7 days left for Departure	Rs. 1000/‐
Within 2 to 7 days from Departure	50% of the total fee
Within less than 2 days from Departure	100% of the total fee

2. If any cancellation is announced by YOUREKA, 5 days before Departure, then full fee will be refunded.
3. In case a program that has started is cancelled or shortened by YOUREKA, due to natural disaster or law and order or a political situation, there will be no refund.
4. An additional cancellation fee of Rs 250 is applicable if bookings made by credit card or online payments, are cancelled

5. PAYMENT MODE

1. You can pay online .
2. We accept cash/credit cards (VISA/MASTERCARD).
3. Cheques/ Drafts should be drawn in favour of "Youreka outbound services Pvt Ltd." Cheques/ Drafts should be payable at par in Bangalore or Delhi.
4. Credit Cards are accepted only at our Bangalore and Delhi office.
5. Payment for registration within 2 days or less left for program departure has to be made in cash or by credit card.

Youreka in Spain, UK & Singapore

1. General

1. Choose the program code from the schedules.
2. Fill the form completely alongwith the medical form.
3. Ensure that the Visa documents are in order to avoid rejection.

2. Cancellation

1. 25 % of the fee will be deducted if cancelled 3 weeks before departure.
2. 50 % of the fee will be deducted if cancelled 2 weeks before departure.
3. 100 % deduction within 2 weeks before departure
4. In the event that the program is called off by Youreka, 100% refund will be provided on the program fee. Airline cancellation will be charged as applicable.

3. Program Fee

1. Rs 145,000 to Spain ex Delhi International Airport.
2. Rs 145,000 to UK ex Delhi International Airport.
3. Rs 80,000 to Singapore ex Delhi International Airport.
4. Visa charges are extra for UK and Spain.

4. Payment Mode

1. We accept cash/credit cards (VISA/MASTER CARD). Credit Cards are accepted only at our Bangalore and Delhi office.
2. Cheques or Drafts have to be in the name of Youreka Outbound Services Pvt Ltd.
3. You can pay online only after receiving a payment Gateway Password from the Youreka Office. This can be obtained by submitting the form online.
4. An additional fee of Rs 500 is applicable if bookings made by credit card or online payments, are cancelled.
