LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Thank you for your interest in being a part of the team.
Leaders are very central to the entire Youreka Experience and are
the face of Youreka for parents and children. We expect our
Leaders to be Sensitive, Trained, Approachable and Responsible
adults (STAR).
We are expanding our pool of leaders. The people
who work with us bring specific skills and capabilities that help
in enriching the Youreka program. They conduct activities such as
rock climbing, back packing, mountain biking, out door survival,
astronomy, theatre, music and other such activities. We expect
them to be skilled and have experience in their field of interest
to share with the children on the program. In addition to the
activities, the leaders also help in campus management, ensuring a
safe and memorable experience.
